At Aureviant, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

• Be unused and in its original condition
• Be in the original packaging, where applicable
• Include all accessories, parts, and documentation that came with the product
• Not show signs of damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear

Free Returns

We offer free returns within 30 days for eligible orders.

Please do not send products to the return address without first contacting us. We will provide the appropriate return instructions and return address.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos or videos showing the product and, if applicable, the packaging

After reviewing your request, we may provide a replacement, exchange, or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you about the status of your refund.

If your return is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow your payment provider or financial institution additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing the order.

If the order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will make reasonable efforts to cancel it.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible, and you may need to follow our return procedure after receiving the item.
